Welcome to the home of the Tribe of Tahquitz. The Long Beach Area Council is fortunate and unique in having this organization dedicated to providing service to our camp, council and community. All Tribe of Tahquitz activities are planned and operated by our youth members through their elected officers.

A SAD DAY INDEED. On Tuesday 6/24 we were informed that our chairman, Wiseman Jim DeLong had passed away due to complications from his second fight with cancer. Jim had a long history with the Camp and Tribe. We had a Memorial Service at Camp prior to the Staff Reunion on Saturday, July 12, 2008. For more information CLICK HERE for the article.

Registration and 2008 Induction information has been mailed. Look for your packet. Registration (annual dues) payment is due on August 15, 2008
